Workcover

All of our physios are certified with the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA). We work with you to develop goals to get you moving with ease again and feeling confident at work.

 

As an injured worker you are required to nominate a treating doctor for your injury. Your treating doctor will issue you with a Workcover medical certificate. You must also notify your employer of your injury as soon as possible and provide a copy of your Workcover medical certificate.

 

Please provide your claim number, insurer, date of injury and medical certificate at your initial consultation.

CTP - Motor Vehicle Accidents

Please provide your claim number, insurer, date of injury, and medical certificate at your initial consultation. Following your initial consultation we will contact your insurance company to request approval for future treatment.
