Coming from a background in mechanical engineering, Adam became interested in sports massage through the role it played in dealing with his own issues of chronic muscle tightness, postural imbalance, and pain.
After completing a Diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage at Evolve College, Adam started specialising in rehabilitation and treating muscular imbalance. Adam uses his knowledge to provide targeted remedial massage to support his patients while focusing on delivering massage for injury prevention and the treating of soft tissue before it becomes over-stressed.
Along with specialising in deep tissue, sports and remedial massage, Adam also gives an excellent relaxation treatment. All treatments are tailored to ensure each client leaves feeling amazing and rejuvenated, whilst helping to restore them to peak physical condition.
